Bathroom renovations often fail where you can't see: moisture resistance and plumbing. We'll start with them — the plates will come later.
We do full or partial renovation. We help you choose tiles and sanitary ware. If desired, it can also be done within the project sauna.

Removal of old tiles, preparation of the base.

Water and sewage pipes, wiring if necessary.

Liquid membrane or certified system before tiles.
Plates
Walls and floor, grouting.

Sanitary engineering, seals, cleaning, handover.

What is included in the bathroom renovation

Partial repair: replacement of tiles, restoration of moisture resistance or pipe repair — without opening the entire room. If desired installment payment up to €10,000.
Full or partial
Full repair when pipes and plates are exhausted. Partial if the structure holds and only a top layer or one node is required.

Does the bathroom renovation need a building notice in the apartment?
Apartment remodeling without changing the load-bearing wall is usually not. Pipeline redirection or a change in layout may require the approval of the apartment association.
What is the WPI II requirement in Estonia?
The shower area and bath area must be completely covered with moisture resistance — at least 2 layers of liquid membrane or a certified sealing system.
Do you also do partial repairs?
Yes — replacement of tiles, repair of plumbing or renovation of sanitary equipment without a full renovation.
How long does it take to repair a bathroom?
Partial 1-2 weeks, full repair often 2-4 weeks — depending on piping and tiling volume.
Is moisture resistance a separate line?
No — this is a mandatory part before tiling. Tiling cannot begin without a correct layer.
