Why the cover
The device works, the facade remains intact
An air source heat pump keeps the house warm in winter and cool in summer. Without covering, the device stands out on the facade — rain, snow and leaves wear it out faster.
A good cover is not just a box around the device. It must leave a path for air, provide access for maintenance and match the tone of the house. We build wooden covers that protect without interfering with the operation of the heat pump.

Measurement and manufacturer's guide
We come, measure the device and check the manufacturer's requirements for air exchange and access.
Material and tone
We choose impregnated wood and a finish that matches the facade. We will write down the price before construction.
Frame and board
We build a frame with air gap, leave air gaps and install a board or rib panel.
Openness and transferability
We check that there is access for maintenance, we go over the work with you and issue a warranty letter.
Technique
What we consider before construction
The cover of the air source heat pump must not be a "closed box"
The outdoor unit needs adequate air exchange and access for maintenance. A cover that is too tight can reduce efficiency and jeopardize the device's warranty. That's why we always start with the manufacturer's manual — only then do we draw the cover.

Does the cover of the air source heat pump affect the warranty of the device?
If the cover provides the air exchange and access for maintenance required by the manufacturer, it will not be affected. We check the manufacturer's installation manual before construction.
How much free space does the cover need to leave around the device?
Usually at least 500 mm of free space around the external device — the exact requirement depends on the manufacturer. Without air exchange, the efficiency of the heat pump drops.
What kind of wood do you use for the cover?
Impregnated pine or larch that can withstand Estonian rain and snow loads. We finish with oil or stain so that the tone matches the house.
Does the cover have to be removable?
Yes — the device must be accessible for maintenance. We make covers that can be opened or removed if necessary without dismantling the structure.
How long does the construction of the cover take?
Usually 1-2 working days after measurement and material confirmation. The exact time depends on the size and method of attachment.
