Beauty comes from the material — durability from the substrate. We check the humidity and flatness before the first board goes down.
We install parquet, laminate and vinyl in living rooms, bedrooms and commercial spaces. We choose the material together according to the budget, underfloor heating and space. Floor installation in Estonia costs approximately 8-55 €/m² (only labor), depending on the type of covering.

Parquet, laminate and vinyl — the result depends more on the substrate than on the catalog photo.
If necessary, we re-sand the three-layer or solid parquet, replace individual boards and apply oil or varnish — without tearing out the entire floor.

Base surface RH ≤ 65% and flat (max 2 mm deviation within 2 m). Without it, a good material will not give a good result.

Which flooring is suitable for underfloor heating?
Parquet (up to 15 mm), laminate, SPC/WPC vinyl and ceramic tile. Solid parquet is not suitable. Vinyl and record have the best thermal conductivity.
How much laminate to buy?
Buy 5-10% more than the area; 10-15% for diagonal installation or complex rooms.
Is vinyl suitable for the bathroom?
Yes, SPC and WPC vinyl are waterproof. Joints and edges must be properly sealed.
How long does laminate last?
Class 31: 5–10 years, class 32: 10–15 years, class 33: 15–25 years. Correct maintenance extends life.
Can parquet be sanded?
Three-layer 2-3 times, solid parquet 5-10 times. Laminate and vinyl cannot be sanded.
What are the ground floor requirements in Harjumaa?
RH ≤ 65% and flat surface (max 2 mm deviation within 2 m) before installation.
