1. Consultation and quote

3. Demolition

4. Plumbing and electrical
As part of renovation we renew plumbing, drainage and electrical – one team, no separate contractors.
5. Plaster, drywall and levelling
Wall and ceiling preparation for interior finishing.
6. Floors, tiles and finishing
We install parquet, bathroom tiles, paint walls and install wall panels when needed.
7. Furniture, cleaning and handover
Sanitary ware, kitchen furniture, final cleaning and inspection. The apartment is ready to use.
